Business creation and regional revitalization projects
Roots Nipponia
The business creation and regional revitalization project is a program that supports Japanese companies and regions to achieve sustainable development and appropriate change in today's turbulent times.
We value dialogue, thinking together, and moving forward together as we face essential questions of what should be passed on to the future and what should be changed.
We also listen carefully to the voices of companies and local communities, grasp the core of the issues, and then
By planning, producing, and other activities, we help provide truly meaningful support and create a valuable future.
"Japanese Food and Sake"
We operate a hidden bar (SAKEbar Cofro) in Oku-Kagurazaka that serves local Hiroshima sake and specialty snacks. We focus on the unique characteristics of sake from each region, and convey the depth of sake that is linked to the climate and culture, and the charm of the region.

Liquor store management
We operate the sake and tableware specialty store "Cofro Shouten." In addition to local Hiroshima sake and tableware handmade by artisans, we also offer original products in collaboration with sake breweries and artists, bringing traditional Japanese culture to modern life.

"Japanese Tradition and Skills"
coBam aims to rediscover the charm of bamboo and incorporate the cool, elegant green bamboo into the dining table in the form of utensils and plates, thereby adding richness and color to daily life, while also promoting a circular lifestyle in which utilizing bamboo contributes to the preservation of abandoned bamboo forests.
Based on the concept of "tableware that makes drinking time more enjoyable," we offer tokuri, simple and lovely tableware that combines functionality and design. Carefully crafted by artisans at a traditional Hasami ware kiln, we propose a rich moment with new sake tableware that combines creative design and craftsmanship.

Ceramics sales
We sell tableware that is both beautiful and practical, carefully crafted by artisans. We have a wide selection of products that exude a Japanese atmosphere, and are perfect for everyday use, as gifts, and for use in restaurants.
We hope to reach many people through our vessels.
“Promotion of education and exploration activities”
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about wood and its relationship with the environment and local communities through lectures on basic knowledge about wood, as well as the experience of carving wood, and to experience the charm of wood. Using locally produced wood, we are also developing content that allows participants to experience a connection with nature and creativity.

Support for promoting Japanese culture education
We plan and hold experience-based tours, various seminars, and events with the aim of helping people understand the essence of Japanese culture, including sake. Through these activities, we hope to help the next generation recognize the importance of cultural inheritance, and to serve as a reference for promoting Japanese culture overseas.

School research activities planning and management support
We plan and manage educational programs that involve collaboration between the local community and schools and the use of local resources. For example, we support activities in which students from different regions and cultural backgrounds work together to solve local issues through dialogue and collaboration, and activities in which children think about and realize ways to utilize local resources.
